  7. and mail it to the address on the site license form.

  10. With your registration receipt, you will receive a program diskette
  11. that contains the latest version of SQCBW and the license information:
  12. *  execute the setup utility SETUP.EXE from the root directory of the
  13.    program diskette.
  14. *  the setup utility will install the licensed version of CBW.EXE
  15.    on your hard disk.
